FLUFFY SAVORY MUFFINS
Muffins for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even snacks ... Whatever you like.
This is a classic example of a meal that is ideal for all those who do not have much time and want to eat healthily.
In addition to the fact that you can make a mixture for several meals, you can also freeze them and have them for those moments when you are hungry, and there is nothing in the kitchen.

INGREDIENTS
10 eggs
100 g of tomatoes, ideally cherries
50g of spinach
100g of bell pepper
30 g grated parmesan
1 leek
2 carrots
salt, pepper, spices per taste

Preheat oven to 180 C degrees.
Grate the carrot, chop the leek and combine all the ingredients nicely. Bake for 15-20 minutes depending on your oven.
If you wish, you can eat them with yogurt, sour milk, or salad.
The stated number of calories refers to the whole mixture, for the value of one piece just divide by what you get, there are various molds.
